The existing gutters were old and rusted with sections leaking during heavy rain. We replaced all gutters, fascia and downpipes to improve drainage and protect the home.
Note: Painting shown in the final photos was completed by the property owner after the roofing project and was not part of our scope of work.
The existing gutters, downpipes and fascia had reached the end of their service life, with sections of timber fascia badly damaged by water. We replaced the damaged timber, installed new Colorbond® gutters, fascia cover and downpipes, and ensured the stormwater system was working correctly again.
The existing tiled roof had been installed with an incorrect roof covering that did not comply with the manufacturer's installation requirements or the National Construction Code (NCC). To permanently resolve the issue, the existing tiled roof was removed and replaced with a new compliant Colorbond® corrugated metal roofing system, including new insulation, timber battens, gutters and flashings.
