Licensing & Insurance

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We are licensed roof tilers and metal roof plumbers, WorkSafe accredited for asbestos removal, and fully insured for the work we carry out.

Do you work on residential and commercial properties?

Yes. We complete roofing and gutter work for both residential and commercial properties.

What licences are required for roofing work?

Metal roofing requires a roof plumbing licence. Tile roofing requires a roof tiling licence. If asbestos is involved, a licensed asbestos removalist is required.

What is HBCF?

HBCF is a NSW residential building insurance requirement for eligible work above a set threshold. If it applies to your project, we’ll confirm what’s required before work begins.

Roofing & Gutters

Do you do full roof replacements?

Yes. We complete full re-roofs for tile and metal roofing systems, with a focus on long-term protection and correct installation.

Do you repair leaks?

Yes. We diagnose roof leaks and complete targeted repairs based on the cause — not guesswork.

Do you replace gutters, fascia, and downpipes?

Yes. We install, repair, and replace gutters, fascia, and downpipes to ensure controlled drainage and proper water management.

How often should roofs and gutters be checked?

Most homes benefit from regular checks, especially after major storms or after other trades have worked on the roof.

What helps extend the life of a roof?

Keeping gutters clear, addressing minor issues early, and maintaining flashings and roof penetrations helps prevent bigger problems later.

Asbestos

Are you licensed for asbestos removal?

Yes. We are WorkSafe accredited and follow strict safety and compliance standards on every asbestos-related project.

Can you manage asbestos removal as part of a re-roof?

Yes. When asbestos is involved, we plan the work carefully and follow the correct process to protect occupants and surrounding properties.

Scheduling & What to Expect

Do you need to inspect the roof before recommending a solution?

In most cases, yes. A proper recommendation depends on roof type, condition, access, and the cause of the issue. We’ll tell you the next step after a quick conversation.

When can you start?

Start dates depend on current scheduling and weather conditions. We’ll confirm availability once the scope of work is clear.

Who do I communicate with during the job?

You’ll have direct contact with the person overseeing your project so you stay informed throughout the work.

After the Work

What if I have a concern after completion?
